No, LaCrosse does not mean "Masturbating teenager". LaCrosse can be somewhat translated to " The Masturbation". In Quebec Slang, "Crosse" can either mean masturbate or "A Jip". So the best translation for LaCrosse would be "TheJip", which is not much better than your faulty translation :)
